Pull the first date back if you want older months to show this bill. Set a stop date when you cancel something, and it keeps your history without cluttering the months ahead.
Loads a filled in example so you can see how everything works. It only adds to what you already have, and you can remove them any time.
Your answers save locally right away, and sync to your own account once you are signed in. Nobody else can see your account\'s data, and it follows you between your phone and your computer instead of staying stuck on whichever one you typed it on.
Keep a backup too. Sync covers moving between devices. A downloaded backup covers the rare case where sync has not caught up yet and something goes wrong locally, so it is still worth keeping one from Settings.
What that means for you
If you clear your browser data, use a private window, or switch devices, anything already synced is waiting for you once you sign back in. Anything typed moments before losing your connection, and not yet synced, is what a backup protects.
Every payoff date here is an estimate built from the numbers you typed. If you leave the interest rate blank, the estimate counts no interest, so a real balance will take longer and cost more than it shows.
Balances in this app only move when you record something. Interest and fees are never added for you. That is why you will be asked every few months to check your statement and correct the number.
Real accounts also have fees, changing rates, minimum payments, and posting dates that this tool knows nothing about. Your lender's own figures are the only ones that count.
Paying more often shows a nearer date partly because paying every week or every two weeks means putting in more across a year, not because the timing itself is free money. The planner shows the yearly total for each option so you can see exactly what you would be putting in.
If you signed an agreement to pay a set amount by a set date, this tool can hold the total, the date, and what is left, and work out what each payment needs to be. That is arithmetic on the numbers you typed, nothing more.
Your Cash Tracker is a personal record. It is not connected to the other party, it is not proof of payment, and being on track here does not mean you have met your obligation. Confirm your balance and dates with whoever holds the agreement, and keep every receipt.
If a court is involved
Your Cash Tracker was not designed for anything ordered, filed with, or supervised by a court. Those obligations carry consequences this tool cannot track and should not be managed here. Use the record the court or your attorney gives you. If you are struggling to meet an agreement of any kind, speak with a lawyer or contact the other party before you miss it rather than going quiet.
Your Cash Tracker can hold insurance as a bill and remind you when a premium is due, and it may point out when you have not listed life insurance at all. That is general information to help you notice a gap, never a recommendation, and nothing here is insurance advice.
We do not sell insurance, we are not paid by anyone who does, and we have no idea what suits your situation. A licensed agent or broker is the right person for that conversation.
Your backup is a small file that lives with you, on top of syncing to your account. Save it somewhere safe. Restoring one replaces what is currently there rather than merging it, so treat it as a safety net for one bad moment, not a everyday way to move data around.
One minute of honest feedback genuinely shapes what I build next.
Rate Your Cash TrackerThis clears your bills and every month you have marked. Download a backup first if you might want it.
Your Cash Tracker is educational only and provided "as is," with no guarantees of any outcome. It is not financial, tax, legal, or insurance advice, it does not connect to any bank, lender, insurer, or anyone you owe, and it does not pay anything for you. It was not designed for court ordered obligations. The Kreative Kapitol, Inc., doing business as Your Biz Bestie by The Shorttstuf, is not liable for your use of this tool. Digital products are final sale.
You have filled in your other bills, and this one is still empty. That is usually not an oversight, it is the one nobody wants to think about.
Most people only have what their job gives them, and that coverage usually ends the day the job does. Worth knowing where you actually stand.
This is general information, not a recommendation. We do not sell insurance and we are not paid by anyone who does. A licensed agent or broker is the right person to tell you what fits your life.
